DENTAL INSURANCE

We gladly accept a range of insurance companies including being in network with Careington, Dentemax, MCNA, Ameritas, Cigna, Connection Dental, Delta, Dental Network of America, DHA, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, Unicare, United Concordia, Zelis, TMHP, and DentaQuest. 

Please call our office at (469) 444-6579 to verify accepted insurance. We will diligently work with your insurance provider to process your dental expenses and get you the fullest amount of benefits your provider allows.

Please note, however, that not all dental procedures and costs may be covered by insurance. Any remaining balance not covered by the insurance provider becomes the responsibility of the patient. Please see payment methods below for ways we work with you to pay co-pays and remaining balances.

IN-HOUSE MEMBERSHIP PLAN

NO DENTAL INSURANCE? NO PROBLEM! We created our in-house membership plan to provide patients with a budget-friendly option for their annual preventative dental care. 

Our in-house membership plan allows you to pre-pay for your child's annual preventative dental care needs. You don't have to worry about timing your budget with your child's next visit.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Payment Methods:

  • Cash or credit card at time of service
  • Payment plans – For major treatments, we will work with you to develop a payment plan.
  • Insurance – For your convenience, we will submit your insurance claims.

If you have insurance through one of our approved providers, only your estimated portion of the fees will be required at the time of service. If you do not have insurance, we will require payment at the time of service or as specified in your payment plan.
